(ولا يجزئها) أي: المطلَّقة (زكاتها منه) أي: من الصداق (بعد طلاقه (٣) ) أو نحوه عما ينصِّفه (لأنّه مشترك) فلا تتصرف فيه بغير إذن الشريك قبل القسمة.
