كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن أتلفه) أي: الهَدْي (أو تلف) الهَدْي (بتفريطه) أو تعديه (أو خاف عطبه فلم ينحره حتى هلك، فعليه ضمانه) كسائر الودائع إذا فرَّط فيها أو تعدَّى (يوصله) أي: بدل الهدي (إلى فقراء الحرم) لأنهم مستحقوه.
