(ومَصْرِف ما يؤخذ منهم كجِزية) لأنه مأخوذ من مشرك، فكان جِزية، وغايته أنه جِزية مسمَّاة بالصدقة، ولهذا قال عمر : هؤلاء حمقى؛ رضوا بالمعنى وأبوا الاسم.
