(و) يصح بيع (ديدان لصيد سمك، و) يصح بيع (عَلَق لمصِّ دم، و) يصح بيع (طير لقصد صوته كبلبل وهَزَار (١) ) لأن فيه نفعًا مباحًا (و) كذا (ببغاء وهي الدُّرَّة، و) كذا (نحوها) كقُمريٍّ .
