مسألة: إذا نظر فأنزل فعليه القضاء ولا كفارة عليه، فإن استدام النظر حتى أنزل فعليه القضاء والكفارة. خلافا للشافعي في قوله في الموضعين: إنه لا يفطر، لأنه أنزل في الموضعين ملتذا به كاللمس. ولأنه نوع من الاستمتاع يكون بالنظر كما يكون بالمباشرة. [الفطر قبل حصول العذر]
