(وَتَكْفِي نِيَّةُ حَاكِمٍ وَفَّاهُ قَهْرًا مِنْ) مَالِ (مَدْيُونٍ) لِامْتِنَاعِهِ أَوْ مَعَ غَيْبَتِهِ لِقِيَامِهِ مَقَامَهُ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ لَا يَعْلَمُ بِهِ رَبُّهُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ إعْلَامُهُ.
