(ويجوز في الحضر كالسَّفر) خلافًا لمجاهد ، لفعله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، وذِكْرُ السفر في الآية خرجَ مخرج الغالب؛ لكون الكاتب يعدم في السفر غالبًا، وهو لا يشترط عدم الكاتب مع ذكره فيها.
